FACIAL CARE
1. WASHING
The first, easiest and very important step in one's regular beauty routine. This step requires you to wash your face to remove makeup and dirt by the use of a gentle face cleanser and warm water. Pat dry your face afterwards with a clean towel.
2. STEAMING
Pour boiled water in a bowl, if you wish (not compulsory), you can add Pure Rosewater or Lavender oil to the boiled water. Face the water and cover your head with a thick towel.
Keep your face over the steam for 7-10minutes.
Close your eyes and breathe deeply, allowing the heat to awaken your face and open your pores. Do this process once a week.
3. EXFOLIATION
*Mix the ingredients that suit your skin type together, apply on your face/neck, use your fingertips to gently scrub it in circular motions. Or you can get good exfoliating scrub, Leave the mixture on for 10minutes and wash off with warm water.
Do this process once a week.
4. MASKING
Facial masks actually treat your particular skin type or condition.
For instance, if you're dry or dehydrated, the facial mask should hydrate your skin. If your skin is red or inflamed, the mask should calm and soothe. If your skin is oily and congested, the facial mask can draw out impurities from the skin. Mask your face 2-3times a week.
5. TONING
This' done to close up your pores...using a toner after steaming will help your face look toned and fresh.
Use a cotton ball to apply facial toner of your choice to your T-zone.
Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon juice are Natural Face Toners.
6. MOISTURIZING
Steaming your face can actually dry it out, so to keep your face hydrated, smooth on your favorite moisturizer. Or use a face-softening oil like Virgin Coconut oil, Jojoba oil or Argan oil.
